في إطار دعم العلاقات المؤسسية وتعزيز التعاون مع الجهات الرسمية المصرية في الولايات المتحدة، قامت السيدة إنجي جرجس، وكيل الاتحاد العام للمصريين في أمريكا عن منطقة واشنطن العاصمة وميريلاند، بزيارة إلى المكتب الثقافي والتعليمي المصري بواشنطن، حيث التقت بالسيدة

تناول اللقاء بحث آليات التعاون المشترك لدعم أبناء الجالية المصرية، خاصة فئة الشباب، إلى جانب مناقشة مبادرات ثقافية وتعليمية تسهم في تعزيز الصورة الإيجابية لمصر، بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية في مجالات الثقافة والتعليم والسياحة والطيران وغيرها من القطاعات ذات الصلة.
وأكدت إنجي جرجس أن هذه الزيارة تأتي في إطار استراتيجية الاتحاد الرامية إلى توسيع قنوات التواصل المؤسسي وبناء شراكات فعّالة تخدم المصريين بالخارج، مشيرة إلى الاتفاق على عقد سلسلة اجتماعات قادمة لوضع خطة عمل واضحة وتحويل الأفكار المطروحة إلى خطوات تنفيذية ملموسة.
ويعرب الاتحاد عن تقديره للدور المحوري الذي يقوم به المكتب الثقافي المصري بواشنطن في رعاية مصالح الجالية وتعزيز الروابط بين مصر وأبنائها في الولايات المتحدة.
As part of strengthening institutional collaboration with official Egyptian entities in the United States, Ms. Ingy Guirguis, Representative of the General Union of Egyptians in America for the Washington, D.C. and Maryland area, paid a visit to the Egyptian Cultural and Educational Bureau in Washington, D.C., where she met with

Egyptian Cultural Attaché to the United States and Director of the Bureau.
The meeting included productive discussions on mechanisms for joint cooperation to support the Egyptian community, particularly youth, as well as initiatives aimed at enhancing Egypt’s positive image through cultural and educational programs, in coordination with relevant authorities in the fields of culture, education, tourism, aviation, and other related sectors.
Ms. Guirguis emphasized that this visit aligns with the Union’s strategic vision to strengthen institutional communication and build effective partnerships that serve Egyptians abroad. Both parties agreed to initiate a series of follow-up meetings to translate the discussed ideas into practical and actionable steps.
The Union commends the vital role played by the Egyptian Cultural and Educational Bureau in Washington, D.C. in serving the community and reinforcing the connection between Egypt and its citizens in the United States.
